In Home Warranty

All new equipment sold by Hemispheres Amusements comes with a factory warranty. This warranty varies by manufacturer. New pinball warranties can be found here. If you are local (within 35 miles of our location) we also include 60 day no charge labor warranty that extends beyond the manufactures parts warranty.

All refurbished equipment sold by Hemispheres Amusements comes with up to one year warranty on solid state components (if they are replaced with a new board during the restoration) and a 60 day warranty on used (original) logic boards. Our reconditioned games carry a 3 month parts warranty on any playfield moving parts, including flippers, pop bumpers, slingshots, switches, motors and any other moving mechanical assembly in the game. If you are local (within 35 miles of our location) we also include 60 day no charge labor warranty that extends beyond the parts warranty.

Continued customer service is very critical in this business and we are prepared to be there long after the sale. If you are local, your game will always be serviced by us IN YOUR HOME. You will never need to bring it in to our shop! ALL games sold by Hemispheres Amusements come with FREE PHONE SUPPORT for as long as you own your game.
